My dad loves his air fryer. He's been on a fat restricted diet for years, but loves his fried foods. He says everything cooks evenly, fries are crispy, and he thinks the food tastes better because it isn't drenched in oil.

Hmmm - maybe I need to use an extra tablespoon of oil then - I've been kind of stingy [stingey?] with the oil - I think I'm going to try making some right now!

Was talking to a pilot on Saturday who was flying out later to Denver’s airport (DIA). He said something strange is going on out there as very rich and powerful people all around the world are buying up all kinds of property close to the airport, including the queen of England.
