Trudeau tells 60 Minutes Canadians want Americans to pay more attention to world | Toronto Star

Asked by host Lara Logan what Canadians expected of their American neighbours, Trudea‎u replied: “It might be nice if they paid a little more attention to the world.”

As the vastly smaller nation and economy, Canada always has to be aware of America, he said. “We sometimes like to think that, you know, Americans will pay attention to us from time to time, too.”

And then, when discussing his parents Pierre and Margaret Trudeau, they show this picture.
