I d o get feelings of euphoria when things I've been worried work out whatever way the end up working out. It's just the feeling of being relieved of anxiety. I don't believe in having to have a bad day as an opposite. I do think sometimes it's ok to put on a public face. Sometimes if I'm a bit blue for no real reason, a smile that's a little fake starts to feel genuine. Not for anything serious, though.
