I think Mr. Sleeper has launched an extremely frivolous lawsuit. If you're sleeping in a highly unlikely place, especially in public, people are gonna see you. Some might even take photos and post them all over the internet for all the world to see. So what, if folks poke fun at you?......you would probably do the same thing if you're honest..... Just take a look at some of the posts in the I'm Jealous Thread if you need examples.....All I know is that if Johnny Depp ever sees some of those posts, some of you are gonna be in hot water if he sues....
In my opinion, what's wrong with some people today is their sense of entitlement to something they didn't earn. It starts with every kid in little league getting a trophy....not everyone can be the best, and we all aren't winners. So you fell asleep in the park, and a few people laughed at you.....big deal. Lighten up.....it was funny.....share in the laugh and move on

Folks just need to have a sense of humor about it when something embarrassing happens. Laugh it off and carry on. Like Morgan Freeman when he was caught falling asleep during an interview.
He didn't have fits and sue any of the (many) people that poked fun at it.

I do think the guy's lawsuit is frivolous, and too many people are finding all kinds of silly things to sue other people over. If it had happened to me, I would still feel the same way.....I'd have laughed and said "I told you I can sleep anywhere".....but I know I'm not like most people.....
