I've only watched the first episode. It just didn't interest me like the first season did, and that squirrel I went chasing had more energy than I thought.
I'm willing to give it a second chance, since you like it.....but I'll keep my stick handy in case I need to poke you with it if I end up not enjoying it....:D

It's not as good as season 1 but I think season 2 has gotten better as it's progressed.

The thing that really sends up a red flag is the intro they've used for season 2. It's similar to the intro used for Under The Dome. That's enough to drive people away. ;-D

Love this show. Saw the latest episode on TV last night. I agree Season 2 did have a slow start
but it is making up for it now. Still trying to remember where the long haired guy came from.
The one in last night's episode that followed the female leader into the storm drain. Was he a
resident of WP's at some point?

The long haired guy (can't remember his name) was an original town member that was sent out by Pilcher to explore and report back. There were 12 of these guys sent out to explore and the long haired guy was only one that came back. I think he was gone for 3 years or more.

We are watching season 2. I'm starting to see massive plot holes. Like why did they only thaw out one doctor? Why do they not have kitchen gardens? But it is starting to pick up. I like that we are seeing a bit more background with the Abbees.

I wondered about the kitchen gardens too or they could even have built a nursery. But that was all
explained in last week's episode .... Took them awhile to write this in. I agree, it should have been
part of Season 1..

Also, remember that when Pilcher planned Wayward Pines and put everyone under for a couple of thousand years, he wasn't anticipating the hostile environment they woke up to. (This was probably explained much better in the books) But he thought they were going to wake up and start rebuilding and did not anticipate having to wall themselves in to protect themselves. So now they've been walled in longer than Pilcher made provisions for. He believed that food would be plentiful when they woke up.

Just did a run and gun of Season 2. I thought it was really a great season.

Something was wrong with the soil inside Wayward Pines, that's why they had to plant outside the wall.

In one of the last scenes, it showed a plant sprouting in their greenhouse, a bit of hope for the future.

Oh snap

She was having sex with her son.

"There is no future for me, I'm just a girl from Idaho" and then she
sacrificed herself for the greater good. the greater good.
