My friend DiO LOVES weeds!! He practically begged for a thread full of annoying and/or noxious weeds, so let's give him some truly awful ones.......true weeds only, please.....DiO is a purist.

Maybe. But don't ever be happy to see the Giant Hogweed!

All of these other weeds actually have healing properties. But the Hogweed will burn you. Literally. Awful weed.
We have a weed that looks like that in these parts, but is much smaller and doesn’t burn.
.
I have two weeds on a property we own that I absolutely hate. One has prickly burs that hook onto your clothing, and another has small triangle shaped sticky seeds that also clings to clothing. Sometimes I would rather just throw my pants away rather have to take all the time to get them off.

Those could be water hemlock. The stuff Socrates drank. Same family, as is Queen Anne's Lace. The burrs could be burdock, another "good" weed. There's a weed called cleavers that stick to clothing and skin; it's a climber or spreadee, very small leaves, bright green w/tiny yellow flowers.

I looked up Water Hemlock and that does look like it. And you’re right about the Burdock. The other one is Beggar's-Ticks... god awful things.
