That sounds good - thank you for volunteering :grinning::encouragement:

p.s. I will be on the lookout for you now every time I see a Jeep Liberty - BTW mine is a sort of boring greyish tan colour with a sunroof, this plastic sort of "bra-thing" on the front and I have Veteran plates. If you see me, don't forget to honk or wave!
Mine is black. I only drive it on weekends. I take transit tom everyday to catch up on my reading and avoid the rush hours. I will watch for you!

You guys have probably already answered these questions. They're from three years ago when Pegasus started this thread. :)

i was wondering where the other survey had come from and if i was losing it
:D:yes_pig:
:m_bigwink:

I think mal volunteered to do a new one but maybe he got busy or is still thinking up some really good questions (it is Sunday night and he probably has to work on Monday morning)

Okay - correction - it is now technically Monday [I fell asleep earlier for 3 1/2 hours and now I'm a bit mixed up]

1. What are your grandparents' first names?
Now, if you had to pick one of those to name your child (or have as your name), which do you choose, and why?-Elsie, Harry, William and Helen...we incorporated my Grandfather Roller's name "Harry" and middle name "Wayt" to come up with my youngest son's name-Harrison Wade Roller...

Rikie and Rinus. I spared my children these names...

2. What ridiculous thing did someone trick you into believing/doing when you were a kid?-

When i was a kid i asked my dad what third-world countrys were. He told me, as a joke, that above the clouds there were two more worlds, the second world countrys and the third world countrys. For years after that i used to look at the sky and imagine all those people in their country's up there...

3. What movie would you like to see redone as a musical?-....

Cannibal Holocaust...

4. If horses could talk, what would they say?-

It's so boring being a horse...

5. What inanimate object do you wish you could eliminate from existence?

Cars...
They smell, make noise and are dangerous...

6. If you were arrested without explanation, what would your family and friends assume you had done?

I have no idea. Damn, now i'll start thinking about this all day...:)

7. What's something you think you'd be good at teaching someone else?

I'm to impatient to be a proper teacher. I tried to teach guitar to people who paid me but i got irritated when they did'nt pick up on it in five minutes, interns at work get frustrated with me because i suck at being able to patiently explain stuff. So no teaching for me...:)

8. When you're attracted to someone, what's the first thing you notice about him/her?

Eyes...

9. What was the best thing, the highlight, of your week?

It's monday morning over here, so far no highlights yet...

Hi Neesy, I did volunteer. Just did not know the specifics. It looks like I am late. I will get one up by end of day. Thx, Mal.

1. When is the last time you've been embarrassed? It was the last time a girl paid me a complement. Lets see... that must have been around 8 years ago, maybe.
2. Who was your first crush? Her name was Michelle and she was everyone’s first crush.
3. What is your favourite make/model of a vehicle? ’60 Corvair
4. Who is your favourite historical figure? Benjamin Franklin
5. Coffee or tea? If not, then what? Coffee
6. Have you ever pulled a practical joke on someone? If yes, details. The last time I was involved in a practical joke it didn’t go well and never pulled one since. There was a girl in the office who always pulled practical jokes on us. One day the VP of the company moved her car from the front parking lot to the back parking lot while I distracted her. When I saw her becoming frantic because she couldn’t find her car I told her to check out back. She called the police thinking someone had stolen it. I later asked her why she didn’t check out back like I told her and she said she thought I was kidding. The police didn’t have a sense of humor. Luckily her fiancée was a state trooper and managed to get the local police not to press any charges.
7. Do you encounter beggars on the street and, if so, do you give? Sometimes I give, sometimes not.
8. Where you live, do you rent or own? Own.
9. What is your favourite thing to wear? Underwear. Not fond of dangling.
10. Why do you like the SKMB? It’s a bucket list challenge kinda thing to one day wrangle a signed SK and personalized novel out of Ms Mod. So far no luck.

Okay all, here is the weekly survey. Must be complete by September 18, 2017. There is an answer key so I'll try to get your scores posted soon thereafter. ;-D

1. When is the last time you've been embarrassed? Couple of days ago when my fiancee's 2 year old had a melt down in the restaurant we were eating at. It was embarrassing but also funny to me.
2. Who was your first crush? Actually, the woman I'm engaged to now was my first real crush back in 10th grade.
3. What is your favourite make/model of a vehicle? 1970 Dodge Challenger
4. Who is your favourite historical figure? Alexander The Great
5. Coffee or tea? If not, then what? Tea
6. Have you ever pulled a practical joke on someone? If yes, details. Too numerous to list while I worked in LE. Umm, I did painstakingly use several bags of shred one time to completely fill up one of my co-workers cubicles, then police taped off the entrance so the shred wouldn't fall out into the walkway. I may have done this on the weekend with another co-worker to make sure we didn't interfere with our work schedule. It was a work of art and completely worth the direct order to clean it up we were given by our supervisor after the fact. He said this while trying not to pass out from laughing so hard.
7. Do you encounter beggars on the street and, if so, do you give? They're on every street corner in the city I live in. I have to constantly reign in my fiancee from giving to every one of them.
8. Where you live, do you rent or own? Arkansas, own my house.
9. What is your favourite thing to wear? Black New England Patriots t-shirt, jean shorts, my Colt hat.
10. Why do you like the SKMB? I enjoy reading the many differing ideas and opinions of a group of people bound together by a common interest in Mr. King's books.

1. When is the last time you've been embarrassed?
Just the other day, at the bridal shop. I was wearing capris, so wore my Nike sandals. I LOVE them, most comfortanle sandals I've ever had, but the material where your feet rest is a bright bright pink. I was advised by more than one person to never get that wet, because the material/ filling stinks to high heaven if you do. So, bright pink + 2 years old + cannot wash them = very dirty food bed. We had to take our shoes off at the bridal shop before entering the bridal room! Ugh, I was so embarrassed. Next pair I get will be black. ;-D

2. Who was your first crush?
A boy named Adam in school. Crushed on him all thru elementary school. Haha! We were always good friends, but never anything more.

3. What is your favourite make/model of a vehicle?
I am partial to Ford. Love my Edge and loved my Exploder that I used to have.

4. Who is your favourite historical figure?
Don't really have one, I guess. I enjoy history in general more as I get older. ;)

5. Coffee or tea? If not, then what?
Both! But coffee has to be hot, I cannot drink iced coffee. Tea, mostly iced but once in a while I enjoy hot tea.

6. Have you ever pulled a practical joke on someone? If yes, details.
Can't think of any. I am pretty literal in my thinking, so makes stuff like that hard for me. ;-D

7. Do you encounter beggars on the street and, if so, do you give?
Sometimes, around this time of year. In the grocery parking lots. I do not give, I know it is cynical but too many incidences (here at least) where people are not really in need but are scamming good hearted people.

8. Where you live, do you rent or own?
Own.

9. What is your favourite thing to wear?
I am a tshirt kinda girl. Comfy stuff. I hate dressing up.

10. Why do you like the SKMB?
So many reasons! My friends are here. :applause:
