I wasn't trying to be funny. Everything I said was true, except the last two answers which I lifted straight from GNT. Maybe the synthesizer wasn't the best thing I've bought under $100, but I can't think of something right now. My father did backhand me for being a smarty. That was maybe the second only time he hit me in his life. You and Ashcrash seem to be good friends.
...just because someone found something amusing doesn't mean they were laughing at you or disbelieving what you submitted....sometimes things just strike people as funny...

Guess I am going to have to "get a life" on the weekends now, now that the board is closed from 1630 on Fridays until 0830 on Mondays (EST)

:dispirited: Maybe it IS a good thing actually - it gives us all a chance to step back and do some fun outdoor type things like going to get ice cream or going to the beach or maybe a backyard fire pit? =D :monkey_kite:

Maybe I will go for a "Sunday drive" :m_cruise::m_shy: or whip up some new recipes :m_pan:

2. If faced with the decision of only being able to celebrate one holiday for the year, which would you choose? Halloween (not really a holiday but still)

3. What great historical event do you wish you were alive to witness? If I had the ability to survive it, the great 1883 eruption of Krakatoa.

4. What is the worst way you could be tortured? Being naked in a pit of biting insects and having them crawl all over you.

5. Have you ever been unfaithful in any sort of relationship? Yes

6. What is your favourite and least favourite Stephen king movie or television adaptation? There was a series of shorts inspired by one short story collection. I can't remember the name but I saw it when I was young and liked it. I also liked the Langoliers. Not sure about worst.

7. What is it that someone could do for you to make you fall in love with them? Have the ability to read my mind sometimes.

8. What was the first novel you ever read? Very first? It was a kids story about a boy meeting characters from local Caribbean folklore.

9. If you had to read and ebook would you rather read it on your computer/laptop, E-reader or tablet? E-reader, less strain on my eyes.

10. What is one club you would go back in time to join at high school or college? A club based on a different culture.

11. If you could read and experience one Stephen King book as if you were reading it for the first time, which one would it be? Cycle of the Werewolf, because you can easily finish it and it was a fun read, and I don't think I'd want take on any of his more denser books. It's harder to want to read bigger works sometimes.
