Weird Food Stuff

I have this "no cook Friday" policy my entire adult life. I refuse to cook on Fridays. And while I usually pick up something for the family - and they all like different things, it's a pain - I always just fix myself something uncooked. One of my favorites is my dinner tonight:
Tuna (canned in oil, but drained)
about 1/2 can of rotel tomatoes
a few kosher dill pickle spears chopped, but not diced
a little mayo
and some feta cheese

Stir it all together and eat with tortilla chips.

It's my kind of weird, but delicious concoction.

I also like cold mac & cheese with ketchup.

Sometimes I throw a salad together, but my weird tuna fish is my favorite.

Here's a weirdness that I've had to resort to even at work. If there's no chocolate about (I try not to ever let that happen), I've been known to rip open a packet of hot chocolate mix and eat it with a spoon. Sometimes you HAVE to have chocolate immediately.

I like to mix sour cream and cream cheese together. And use it like a dip for my doritos. Sorry I know your experience with Doritos.

I'm afraid to post anything else about food. I think I may have been shunned for life in the "I'm Jealous Of The Big Threads Here" thread for not liking bacon! I probably shouldn't've been poking fun at it though (notice I said "poking" not "porking!")!

I like what many people find to be odd flavors of gelato. Two separate flavors that come to mind are olive oil and lavender. The olive oil gelato is especially tasty when sprinkled with some flaked sea salt. Mmmmmmm...

I like squirting mustard and ketchup next to one another on the plate and dipping fries into both, eventually getting a tasty, swirly mashup of mustup (or ketchard).

When my parents were living here I used to cook some. I made a stew a few times which I put orange and apple slices in. My mom didn't like it, mostly didn't understand it I think. Dad liked it.
