Thanks everyone! It was a stay-cation which is often the best kind. I was able to do a little Christmas shopping, cooking, and crafting (2 more plastic bags woven but not yet sewn together and started knitting a sweater for my grandpuppy 
) and lounge around in my pjs whenever I wanted. For once the days didn't fly by so I felt like I actually got a good rest. Now counting the days (approx. 143) until I take my next vacation!

Winter weather advisory for the moment with 2-4" of snow but the freezing rain mix tomorrow morning could make things a bit dicey for the commute into the office.
