Today I have been sleeping. Passing out may be a more accurate term.

I've been feeling bad all week, stuffed up, sore throat. Then today, everything I did just exhausted me. And I felt like I was breathing through a wet cloth. I was debating heading to a doctor....but fell asleep while deciding. First thing I was aware of when I woke up....I was breathing through my nose and had no urge to cough. Then I fell asleep again.

Hubby cooked dinner and set the table...using mostly disposable plates. I was starving and wolfed down dinner. Then fell asleep again.

Now, I'm trying to watch baseball before I go to bed.

I'm back to feeling a bit stuffed up, and throat is a bit sore, but better than yesterday, so maybe I'm finally getting better.

Awww...I hope you feel better soon.

Ran my youngest to work, 40 minutes away. Then put in 6 hours at the part time job. Then go look at used cars for daughter #3. Then pick the youngest back from work. Then jump in the tractor and hopefully get half the grass cut. Same thing tomorrow.

Good heavens. Pour a few fingers of some good scotch, kick back and read the fourth book of the Brady trilogy. (The glock has a safety and the Payday candy bar has chocolate. XD)

You're a great Dad .

Hi!

House is all spic and span. (Place smells of Pine-Sol. Daddy loved Pine-Sol.) Dinner's in the oven

Mmmmm mmmmm...his dinner's in the oven.

Anyone recognize the above?

It's Evil from Fright Night.

And a most dreadful movie I was kinda sorta watching just ended.

I'm off to post and wreak havoc.

Have a great Saturday!

Thanks. Treated myself on Saturday to a bottle of Jura Origin 10 year old single malt Scotch. Had two fingers over ice. Light and smooth with a hint of honey but nothing exceptional. Only reading was some catching up on world and political events. Sad, sad weekend.

Btw, Glocks don't need safeties and the Payday bar has caramel which is a killer on older fillings. And a new project has been added to the mix. Building a retaining wall, and those bricks weigh a ton. Luckily my wife is doing the actual building and I'm just the pack mule. :)

Seems a bit grisly, did they taste like ladyfingers?
