I was listening to "Give 'Em Hell" but it's nowhere to be found on the world wide web except as twenty minutes into the whole album on Ewetoob:
I went to a wedding in my early twenties; Florida, it was probably days before calendar summer. There was a covered pavillion with wooden deck and a live disc jockey. Waning pink light clinged to the palmetto fronds on the horizon. In between songs the locusts blasted my ears. My cousin grabbed my hand and we did a Texas two step to this song. Our feet clogged on the boards and my bashful heart died on that stage.
How did I live before 'Puddles Pity Party'? All these years and it took a 7 foot singing clown to really get me.

My Hankey (yeah, I know, just run with it), life looked so simple in the 80's. Here's my absolute hands down favorite!! Nick Lowe & Carlene Carter (Johnny Cash's stepdaughter), at their actual wedding! She got hooked on dope & they broke up. But damn. They gave it a shot. Love Nick Lowe! And she was very lovely.
