Musical segue: pondering various amalgamations of the perfect chord, led me to research chard :cool:progressions, hence this song. 10 points if you can guess the movie it's from!;;D Everyone looking at the image gets ten points!!!

I love this song! I've been on a grungetrip lately, listening to Alice In Chains, Soundgarden, Pearl jam, STP...
I really like that period in music history. At the time it seemed like a new great band popped up every week. It was also the period i started playing in a band myself and started going to concerts...

I had a fun talk with a colleauge of mine recently, he's in his 20's and a big Pearl Jam and Grunge fan. So i told him some stories of that period, watching Pearl Jam unplugged on MTV when it first aired, big deal at the time, and seeing bands like Stone Temple Pilots and Smashing pumpkins in really small venues with only a couple of hundred people in the audience. Then he said he was toddler himself at the time but wished he could've lived that period as i did and could've seen the rise of all his favourite bands. Made me feel very old of a sudden...:)
And a little homesick of the 90's...

Good decade musically, the 90s \w/

Check out Kyuss, if you haven't already. Seeds of QOTSA in that band.
