No, I live in Canada and finding a copy of it is really hard. I whould order a copy but shipping whould cost me a lot of money, a $30.00 book willmturn into like $60-70 wiht tax. I do keep on trying the library, but so far my library does. Not have a copy. I hope,to,one day get a copy when I can afford to buy one or as a gift
Publishing was limited to UM press. Maybe you can request/ ask your local library if they are wilingl to purchase a copy. There has to be other SK readers in and around your area. Those interested in Viet Nam era. Also, does the Canadian library system loan books between the various libraries? If so, maybe a call could be put out to find one within the system. Excellent book.

We do have third, fourth, fifth parties in the US. None of them worth supporting at this point -- they're all too fringe.

Oh oK. But the us system was set up as a two party right, not like Canada's

I will jump in here and answer (although politics is not my best subject):

In Canada the three main parties are: Liberals, Conservatives and the National Democrat Party (or NDP)

In the US the two main parties are Democrats and Republicans

:a24::hmm:

That's pretty much all I have to say - I have always disliked the topic of Politics

Jury again today. I swore a witness in, a police officer.

He starts his story about what happened, it was a domestic violence case. Turns out the victim was worried about the guy because he ran off.

The officer then says, "Well, he had committed suicide in the past"

:waaaht: wot?? I would have called 911 too - for sure.

Silence.

"had tried to", he corrects himself.

Also found out that you can steal $100,000 dollars worth of meat, if you pretend you are a fake delivery truck guy. That's a lotta meat.

What do you do with all that meat? Heard that they sell it roadside, heading to Florida. Watch out.
?? huh.
Are you getting business ideas you're planning to carry out later...??? Almost sounds like it....:moneygrubber::heart:

Was home shopping yesterday/last night. What a trial looking for homes is! Ugh! So many disappointments!
Having coffee now and getting ready to hop in the shower and go to work....

I see Doc told a kid story. I work with the public so hopefully I will have a good funny story to tell from today .... we'll see!
