Been along day. Got my sister all moved. She has a little procedure tomorrow. Then Tuesday she will be in her own apartment. While helping her move y son was carrying a box down our steps and tripped. Fell down and caught some picture on my wall. Glass broke everywhere and he took a pretty good chuck of skin out of his arm. So no way to get stitches. Will be keeping him home from school tomorrow. Sounds like a crazy day here. Hubby starts a new position at work tomorrow and will work second shift. So our schedule will be changing. Hope everyone is having a good day.

Yikes - poor kid! Good luck to your husband on the schedule change. I always liked 2nd shift - didn't have to get up early.

They have such strange hours and he has been on 1st for several years now and our day has always started at three in the morning. So this should be an nteresting change for us all. As we have been in bed by about 8.

I have to go and buy a pair of running shoes/sand shoes/sneakers because the shoes I've got are giving me blisters. I'm going to go to the Chinese takeaway and get 10 big steamed dim-sims. I had to do some stuff but that can wait till later on in the week. I'll read some stories out of Skeleton Crew tonight, and might also read some stories from the Joyce Carol Oates book I bought or the other one I bought. I'm sitting on a computer at the moment in the library. I'll try to decide if I need to go and visit my relative in Swansea today or tomorrow as they have to get a tow-truck to take their car to get repaired because they were involved in a minor collision on the weekend and asked me could I drive them to the smash repair place and back home after taking them to the supermarket.

I was looking for a worthwhile women's forum, but I didn't find one. There's a time for every purpose, like the good book says.

I just need to spend some time with my friends right now and work on my art. I'm taking a holiday from the world.

Back at Home, i had a Nap (I`m getting Old)

Watched some News and an Episode House MD.

Re-Installed Windows

Brought in the screen that Brody Dog jumped through to get repairs.

Got a haircut.

Did some grocery shopping.

Went to the Apple Store to see if they could fix my stupid iPhone. Only had it a few months and one of the speakers is blown Couldn't get an appointment with the "Genius Bar" until Tuesday night. PITA!

Finishing up the laundry.

Work.

Took the early train as I had an early meeting. This is the train filled with annoying private school kids. Train was....wait for it......delayed!

Made my meeting with no problem but had to suppress the urge to strangle the private school kids. Way too annoying for so early in the morning!

The first half of my meeting consisted of the folks I was meeting with trying to figure out how to use Webex. Started a half hour late due to that non-sense. That meeting ran late which made me late for my next meeting.

Did two silly on-line training classes.

Wrapping up my lunch break and heading back to work.

"Genius Bar" appointment at the Apple Store tonight. Hopefully, they can fix my phone.
