...it's because they ARE Progressive lenses.....by looking out the corner of your eye-you're trying to focus through the "blend"....ain't gonna work hun....Only the ones who make me angry......
The optometrist told me there would be an adjustment period this time, and to give them a week or so before I call to complain. Apparently, he knows the length of my patience fuse.....
The close up work/reading part is fine. It's the distance correction and the progressive lenses that are giving me a fit. I have double vision if I look through the lens with my peripheral vision.
....nah, no worries......your eyes WILL adapt and you'll love the glasses.....just have to rein in your impatience......(says the guy that get's pissed off if a red lights last more than 15 seconds).....

I really enjoy the Bones series - great to record as well. Hoping Andy will want to watch a few episodes with me once he's back home.
