No frosty. I am so glad you have good manners. I love when men have good manners. It is refreshing to see.
I swear, burps just make me want to puke. I'm not talking polite little quiet, mouth closed types. I'm talking the loud things. J

I love that. I really do. I like to be thought of as a capable woman, but I love the fact that someone would hold the door for me, or walk on the outside of the sidewalk, or open the car door for me.I'm the guy that holds the door or lets you get in-line ahead of him in the store if you have less items. Had an elderly woman tell me I was a very nice young man the other day when I held the door for her. I joked and said young? She told me that at her age they are all young to her...
You've got the best life!!I am watching Super Why!
This episode, Princess Presto's cat is stuck in a tree!
Whatever will the Super Readers do? Stay tuned. Same bat time, same bat channel.
Oh hell no.You've got the best life!!
I'm trying to figure out what to feed 40 people for dinner this evening.
22 Wednesdays a year!Oh hell no.
Okay knucklehead, how'd you get stuck doing this?22 Wednesdays a year!
I do all the things! all the time!Okay knucklehead, how'd you get stuck doing this?
I try to melt into the background.I do all the things! all the time!
We're a good team - you just stand there and look good. We're Martha and Mary.I try to melt into the background.
If I told you, it would ruin the surprise.....A surprise? Yippee!!! Is it smaller than a bread box?
....I get weird looks from young folks and approving nods and smiles from the oldsters-because I still help my wife into and out of the car, open doors for her when we are out, help get her coat on and off and pull her chair out when we set down to eat...I was raised to respect the fairer sex and have never forgotten it....I love that. I really do. I like to be thought of as a capable woman, but I love the fact that someone would hold the door for me, or walk on the outside of the sidewalk, or open the car door for me.
I can see why men get such mixed signals. But, I'm from a generation that was right on the cusp of feminism and old school where men did these things for women.
....it's a Mom thing dude.....they get it in parental training.....Working from home today.
Got a wedding to go to tomorrow as one of my many SwiftCousins is getting hitched. Have to bring Brody Dog to the kennel as he is being boarded while I am at the wedding. Not really looking forward to this as I despise weddings!
Will need to spring Brody Dog from the doggie pokey on Sunday morning. Will probably have to take the air-conditioners out of the windows at SwiftMom's on Sunday as well. That will be a barrel of monkeys. SwiftMom always finds six million things she needs done when I'm there. And six million ways to complain about how I did what she asked me to do.......
