Relaxing, reading and/or watching TV, for me. I can't say 'Getting home' because home is where I work, so...I dunno, would 'leaving the den/office and going downstairs' count? :D
I do look forward to my gf getting home, but since she tends to get lost in social media as soon as we've eaten that kind of puts it into second place. At least if I'm reading or watching TV I don't mind being basically ignored. lol.

I voted for relaxing (preferably with a good cup of tea).
I'm a homemaker. I spend my days cleaning/reading/working out. Hubby usually makes dinner and our son usually ruins dinner. My second favorite time of day is kiddo's bedtime. If I watch TV at all, that's when I do it, after the boy is asleep, but usually I just read to escape.

Kahvi aiga. Coffee time. One can measure the day by the breaks one takes, you have your 10 a.m. kahvi aiga...lunch...then your 2 p.m. kahvi aiga. But really, I dunno if there's any one thing I look forward to most. Or I take that back. I look forward to accomplishing things...seven windows installed...eight window exteriors wrapped with aluminum...today it was more trim...what was it, about seven eight windows trimmed out, some baseboard run, flipped a bunch of sashes, 19 pair, supplier's mistake, sent double-glaze instead of triple-glaze. The windows trimmed out look great, 4 1/2" casing, red maple, the picture windows with rosette blocks, have the sill and apron. So, I look forward to getting things done, making changes...wish I'd taken a before picture of this house. People got it for a steal, $20-grand...they could have had it for five less, maple floors just refinished, nice and bright. Big old mining house. Must be five o-clock somewhere...another thing I look forward to, a cold one after a hard day's work.

Favorite recipe? Can you make spaghetti carbonara? Yum!

Favorite recipe...hmm...hard to pin down. Maybe spicy shrimp scampi; or, drunken mussels. My favorite cuisines are Korean and Indian. Thai is also fun. Wait! Pho! I am going to say pho is my favorite.

Spaghetti carbonara...to be honest, I don't do a whole lot of Italian. Probably because, where I am, Italian food is pretty much just called "food"; and I like things that are different. I did, however, just finish an angel hair one pot wonder, with artichoke hearts, onions, garlic, mushrooms and nice dried herbs.

Don't sell yourself short...there is always the wake up and stay in bed option. I recommend a sweet wine, book and the remote.
I can't seem to make myself stay in bed past 9 am. There's always something that needs to be done or taken care of, plus my cat is not shy about letting me know that she's HONGRY!! ;-D

I voted for "going home" as there are many other things on the list that I look forward to that I can only do after going home, like dinner, seeing spouse, relaxing and reading or watching TV. Plus, I really am a homebody. Even when I am on a wonderful vacation, there comes a point where I really look forward to going home.
