Sonic - Grilled chicken wrap (no tomato)
Cracker Barrel - Spicy grilled catfish
Any steak place - 6-oz. sirloin, medium rare (plus rum and diet coke)

There aren't real diners where I live - those tend to be on the east coast.
Meat-and-threes are where the action is at in Nashville.

So.............my favorite entrée depends on the meat-and-three.

At Wendell's:

I can identify with this. There's nothing quite like a Waffle House-type breakfast. Fast and cheap, and bacon and sausage.

We have more little mom and pop cafes than fast food restaurants and they all serve either TexMex or catfish (we're near a lake) or both. Chicken fajitas with refried beans and rice at the Yellow Rose Cafe is my favorite

....I'm with the Breakfast folk...my wife's are the best, but if we eat out-I'm all about omelets, bacon, hashbrowns, sausage gravy, grits, fried taters, more bacon, cheese on everything, biscuits, bacon, dippy egss and bacon...and my cholesterol is the same as my birthdate!....

I love me a good greasy Waffle House meal. A grilled Texas toast cheese steak sandwich, a triple order of hash browns smothered in chili, cheese, onions and jalapenos, side order of bacon, and coke. Then a big slice of pecan pie and coffee for dessert.

Dippy eggs! Everyone always looks at me like I'm speaking Chinese when I call 'em dippy eggs, so good to see I'm not the only one

We have a little local restaurant/diner that we go to often. If it's lunch or dinner time, I always order the hillbilly reuben, which is shredded turkey breast and swiss on a grilled sandwich with French dressing. Supposed to have coleslaw on it too, but I always tell them to leave that off, I don't like slaw. Plus fries of course, gotta have my fries. If it's breakfast time, I order eggs over medium (though they come out dippy every single time), bacon extra, extra crispy, and fries (because I don't like their homefries, so I get regular fries, lol).
Other restaurants I order different things, but it's usually always the same when we go to the Circle.
