I have a 1st edition 2nd print that I bought 4 years ago on eBay for 18$. With dust jacket and every hint vg condition. Did the value of these books rise? Not that I plan on selling it or anything I'm just curious. And what is the value of the four novel Bachman books vintage 1985 hc book club edition in g-vg condition...?

Check on-line - I think you can find the value at Abe's Books or maybe Bett's Books?

Hardback copies of It are going for premium prices right now due to the massive popularity of the movie. As for the bc edition of The Bachman Books, it's not worth much since it's a book club edition (which doesn't have the black-and-white scans of the four covers inside like the regular trade editions do). Most collectors don't want book club editions as they are printed on cheaper quality paper and tend to weaken after a couple of readings. Now, if you had a true 1st printing of the trade hardback edition then you'd be talking some bucks as those are hard to find.

I have an extra HB original IT, Muskie, sans book jacket. Not a 'forspecial'--it's a reader copy. If you want it, it's yours.

Why, thankee Sai, little lady. But I reckon my old pb will do me, do ya. Takes up less room on the shelf, ye ken.

Hmm...hows come they don't make mass market PBs as big as It anymore? Now days books that big get two-parted. Why? WHY, damn it?
