:O_O: Okay... now you've got my worry on (because unfortunately it is in my nature to second-guess pretty much everything I do)

Are you messing with me, or do I need to get another moderator to go take a look at my posts? (yes, we do have one another double check if we have doubts)

 Well, I was mostly sure you were joking, but I know this job is a big responsibility and so I do take it pretty seriously. (plus, one of my flaws is that I'm always second-guessing myself) :a11:

(and, thank you)

Once I get something in my head,I'm like a dog with a bone. All my life there's had to be someone there to say "That's enough now Champ" .At the moment that's you.Communicating by text is full of minefields, my Facebook friends are so used to my tongue in cheek posts, that I don't use winky emogees so much anymore.

I'm like both of you, in that I find texting insufficient for good communication, while resisting the use if emoticons to try to make up for it, and I've always second-guessed myself, usually unnecessarily. At least I'm told unnecessarily.

You guys ever seen the Saw movies?

Those were pretty bad as in im not a fan of torturing

Don't get me wrong i love scary movies but some of the parts in there make me look away.
I haven't. I can't. I know it's ridiculous because it's just a movie and it's only special effects, but even sitting through something like that and saying to myself, "It's just a movie, it's just a movie," doesn't work.

It's just a part of my brain that's forever going to be eight years old, I guess.

Oddly, I'm not remotely squeamish in real life. I know. It's weird.

Blood and gore in horror films doesn't scare me in the slightest.

I think films that rely on that are made by people with no imagination.
It doesn't scare me, either, but man, it makes me squirm. (Even though, as I said, in real life, I am the person you'd want to call to help you clean up a horribly disgusting mess.)

The first Saw wasn't all that torturous, and the story was interesting and well told.
