The trick is in the blend - you have to do it just right so the pumpkin taste isn't overwhelming.
By the bye, has anyone here ever tasted anything made from the soursop fruit? The ice-cream is absolutely delicious.
Come to think of it, here in the Caribbean we can pretty much turn any fruit into ice-cream.
Cherry ice cream with big chunks of maraschino cherries in it! My Mom used to make it at home. Pretty yummy!!

Currently, my favorite ice cream addiction is Ben & Jerry's Peanut Butter Fudge Core. Half chocolate ice cream, half peanut butter ice cream, mini peanut butter cups, and the core?? The thickest, richest,
fudge that is thick with peanut butter and chocolate. YUM!!!

Well, I got my damn chocolate ice cream and it's about 40 degrees and windy as all get out, so we bundled up and ate ice cream by the space heater.
