Okay, release year is 1995; another actor in the film was Bradley Whitford - also, the main actor it the movie was one of the writers. Most people consider the main actor and idiot and not funny. It was one of his 2 most popular films (I believe...)

Outbreak has been quoted four times including my post that I know of throughout this thread.
I've quoted it numerous times. When I try to think of movies to quote from certain ones always seem to come to mind.
It won four Oscars in 1977 including Best Screenplay Based on Material from Another Medium.
Is it the one about Watergate? I can never remember the title.
