Annie Wilkes. To be fair, though, Paul was at her mercy and at his weakest or he'd have easily bested her. So, in this scenario, I'd have to be at a similar disadvantage in order to level the playing field. It wouldn't be a picnic but it's better than facing a supernatural evil.

I picked Annie and Cujo for the same reasons others gave. I'd flatter Annie and rub Cujo behind the ears and BOOM! I'm free!
I'm terrified of vampires so Kurt Barlow's out, and Flagg's too deceitful. I love dogs so I'd probably try to hug Cujo and get eaten like an idiot. I already work with a demented old bigot, so The Crimson King is a no-go. And carrie's younger brother stole my joke (just kidding man, that was hilarious) about my ex, so scratch Annie Wilkes off the list.
