I can take it. He's already doing that about IT. I told him it's probably the best movie I'll never see and he insists I'd like it since I liked Stand By Me. Uh, no, not the same thing, Steve. :D

Oh, please see the movie! Go go. I find it endearing that you started working for him without reading any of his works. He must have fun with you! And you have his books dedicated to you! Go go see the movie now. Leave now.

Today's excuse will be that I have to finish the travel itinerary for the book tour. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

I'm going to ask something. You're right though, I don't think there are any original questions left. It's not like he's kept anything a huge mystery before. I feel like I know the answers to most of the typical questions people ask him. I'll let you know how it goes. You were lucky to get tickets! They sold out within a day here (hours, I think).

same for sarasota, but they did it via email reservation starting at a certain time. so 10 minutes before that time i composed my email and at the designated time, i hit send lol. that email reservation part was the only reason i even tried after hearing how it went in all the other cities.

In my case, it was a stroke of luck! I get text alerts for SK news, and I believe it was one of these that came through saying that the tickets are going on sale for the Newtonville event. I texted Kevin at wor (are you going to be home that evening, and can we pleeeaaase go?) and his return text showed a picture of the confirmation saying we had tickets. I don't always pay that much attention to my text alerts.

I received an email from the Missoula event telling us that the doors would open at 6:30 pm instead of the originally posted 6:00 pm time. There was also an email address to send in a question so that's what I did. Hope they pick it! ;-D
Judging by that grin... should we be worried this is going to include something about underwear? :biggrin2:

Put Steve on the spot and ask Steve who was easier to collaborate with, Joe or Owen?

I ended up asking a variation of this question, and it was asked! The answer was very diplomatic: long story short, the process is the same, regardless of which son he collaborates with.

Wonderful evening though, especially meeting Marsha, who is exactly as charming, sweet, and beautiful in person as you would expect.
She even took a selfie with us!

We were lucky enough to get one of the signed books!

The traffic was worth it . . . WHAT AN AWESOME EVENING!
