My copy of Different Seasons. First HB book I bought with my own money (that was a lot of babysitting money for a 15 year old!), and it's been read so many times that the paper is soft and linen-y and the cover feels felted. :) I lost the jacket years ago, but it's one book that I never left behind in many military brat moves. All three of my big kids have read it, too.

I am pulling for a ticket for this upcoming book tour, and S.K. if you're listening I want to thank you for not avoiding the flyover states on your tours! Last year S.K. was in Wichita, Kansas which is not far from where we live, but I was too slow and it was sold out by the time I knew about it...this year S.K. will be in Omaha Nebraska...ah ha!! I have another shot at a ticket and this time I am watching like a hawk for The Bookworm to open up ticket sales!! I don't care as much about having anything signed as much I care about my bucket list and well, seeing him speak live is on my bucket list, I'm not getting any younger and neither is S.K.....anyhooooo I have my fingers crossed that this will be the year I can finally see my favorite author in person!!

The newest Stephen King book signed on the day of its release in the year 2088. Long live the king. :)

p.s. I was lucky and got a ticket to Reno event, so my fiancé and I are going. Super psyched! woohoo! d:)

What if he doesn't know sign language? How can he sign a book if he doesn't know sign language?

Well, there's is Braille.

Sorry, couldn't resist.

:D

As for me, well I don't have any hard back books anymore. I had to donate them when I moved. I primarily have audio books and DVDs.
