Hey back!!
I don't exactly have a recipe...I put a little salt and pepper on them and cooked them on low for about 4 hours. Drained off all the liquid, added sauce, then cooked them for a while longer(about one more hour) until they were done. Any sauce of your choice. Or just season them to your liking. They are very messy cooked this way!! They are gooey and just fall apart. Yum. :)

Oh, well heck. Messy, gooey and fall apart? Sounds delish. Get me a flour tortilla. Maybe two tortillas.

The woods are lovely dark and deep
Came on this new recipe yesterday, might make it over the weekend:
4 chicken breasts
1 Packet Fiesta Ranch Dressing
1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 15 oz can corn, drained
1 15 oz can Rotel *not drained
1 8oz block cream cheese

Cook breasts in dressing, beans, corn and Rotel on low 4-5 hours. Shred the chicken breasts return to pot, add the cream cheese and just let it melt, about a half hour. Stir and serve on rice, put on a wrap however you want.

*Or use a 15oz jar of your favorite salsa

Although not using the crock pot, I am going to make some lemon bars using just two ingredients, three if you count the powdered sugar sprinkled on top.

1 box angel food cake mix
1 15oz Lemon Pie filling

Heat oven to 350 degrees
Stir and completely blend ingredients
Pour into greased 9x13 dish
Bake 20-25 min
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut as you like.

Not so much. Vet visit at 10:30 this morning. I'm crossing everything, because... my baby. She goes right past my solid crust to the soft, gooey center.

I just responded to your other post. I'm a mess when it comes to hurt animals. Hope your baby gets some help. Going to give my muttly an extra hug for you two. Okay?
