A new copy of OFFICE 2013 for my computer.

I got a new computer last week and I've been going through the difficult task of getting my programs reinstalled and info transferred and everything else that goes along with that.

So, I tried to install my copy of OFFICE 2010 on my new computer and I when I tried to activate it I got a message that said my copy was not a valid copy. I'm wondering how this could be since I have the original box and serial number and have never installed it on anything but my one computer. I started to look for my receipt for it when I suddenly remembered where I bought it and realized I might as well quit wasting my time and go buy a new version. ;-D A couple years back when I was ready to purchase my new OFFICE 2010 from Staples, I happened to notice someone selling brand new in the box versions on e-bay for about half of what it was selling for at Staples. So I bought it off e-bay. When I got it, I noticed it had been shipped from China. I was skeptical but installed it and everything was OK. But now that I'm getting the not a valid copy message, I am pretty sure that copy I bought previously was not meant to be sold to me. There is a lesson that we have to learn over and over again. When it seems to good to be true, it is. ;-D

More books--lol. Oh, and an antique cake plate! The dishes from the '20s and '30s are so lovely. I now have two of these plates, so I think hang them in my kitchen as decoration (when I'm not using them--I don't see the point in non-useful dishes, and my kitchen is too small to store things that are JUST decorative :D).
