teethcleaning, nightattire dressing, going to bed and reading for at least an hour. (i usually take a glass of orange juice with me to bed so i can drink small sips of it when i'm reading). Set the alarm clock, Most often i don't succeed to fall asleep. So i go up, sit before the computer and hang out with you guys and girls for awhile. Then i go to sleep.

OK. Things I learnt here:

1) Stephen is a pillowcase heretic. (Openings must point to the edge on your own side, Stephen! It's a law of the universe or something.)

2) Lepplady does sudoku to stop worrying. When I do them, I worry that I'm taking too long or that I won't get it right. (Worry, worry, worry.)

3) Romance isn't quite dead. It's signs are real low, but it ain't dead. (Right now it's being cocooned just like the others...Er, wait. Nope, that's Aliens. My mind's sprung a leak...)

Per-sactly. I'm thinking about the game. Not the hundreds, maybe thousands of other nagging things I would otherwise fret over, making sleep impossible. Whittling down the worry list to one unimportant little thing like a game drives all that other stuff away and lets me sleep. ;)

Wake up with a start on the couch, sweaty, confused, wondering what day it is...wondering if I'm late for something...thinking, oh excrement, now I'll never fall asleep, be tossing and turning all night long...get up, get moving, look at the clock, look at what inning it is...tell my wife that's all she wrote she didn't write anymore...she replies I don't think so...I reply I think so...don't make me get serious. Cause I will, I'll get serious and put my foot down don't doubt it for a moment. By this time I'm on the stairwell...maybe there's a crack and it's foul up and away into the right field bleachers. Before I know it, it's 4 a.m. and I'm tossing and turning...so...I get up. And start another day. The time change throws me...I'll catch up this fall when we do whatever it is we do...fall back? Yeah...I think that's it...so 4 becomes 5? right? I really suck at math.
