Hola a todos! Hello everybody, I´m back. I´m just sneaking a little while I slowly enter the internet world again after 3 years of cold-turkey withdrawal (and I made it lol). Glad to be back, and sad to find some blue news about John Danglish. Been on a new job 2 years now at a realtor´s office (just me, selling houses??!! lol this is a crazy world). Anyway... got bills to pay. I also been working on free time with my translations for a former co-worker for a UK publisher. And I´m back with my husband and dog. Changed the car, finally... the poor thing was claiming for a peaceful resting after 15 years with me lol Pretty much that´s it. Oh and I´m catching up with my SK reading that was soooooooo behind because of lack of ka-ching $$$ So, it´s a pleasure to be around again, with so many familar names and friends here

Saw that at the local drive-in, on my first date with a new girl (in a '59 Ford station wagon, my first car, and yes, I do remember the young girl's name!). Didn't work out, in the long run, but it was for the best. We were just not right for each other. I bought the book and read that a few weeks later. It gave some extra insight into the movie.
I used a similar "first date at the drive-in" scene in my first script. Much more romantic than going to a crowded multiplex...

I'm not sure this is the appropriate thread, but I thought I should put it out there that I won't be able to be on the board much for the next 2 or so weeks, as it is exam/assessment task time, and I need to give that my fullest attention. I'm off to study now...
