Yes.The Recruit
I have a paperback of this book (it's a movie-tie-in edition) that's written by 'John Hill', which is a non-de-plume that Dean Koontz used for another book 'The Long Sleep'. He has never admitted to writing this particular novel, but it has some of the earmarks of an early Koontz novel- one of the main characters LOVES books, part of it takes place in Las Vegas (where Dean and Gerda lived for awhile), there's a couple of others but I can't remember them right now. I'm hanging on to it just in case he does finally admit to the authorship.......Griffin and Phoenix ?
I think that this John Hill is indeed an actual one based on the following...I have a paperback of this book (it's a movie-tie-in edition) that's written by 'John Hill', which is a non-de-plume that Dean Koontz used for another book 'The Long Sleep'. If I weren't using my phone I'd check out his movies at imdb.I haven't seen Craven's Last House on the Left in years, but I don't think it is that one. Could be wrong though..LOL
