The first famous person I was ever compared to was Molly Ringwald (don't think of her in The Stand miniseries! *shudder*). That actually happened to me several times, but I could never see the resemblance... The first time I met my college boyfriend's parents, his mom told me I looked like a young Marie Osmond! :umm: Several years ago at a party a REALLY drunk girl was going on and on about how I looked like Xena: Warrior Princess. Like I said, she was completely out of her gourd hammered and probably passed out minutes later!!

My niece has been compared to Ringwald and Osmond.

When I met my husband, he said I reminded him of Katie Holmes... yeah right. And when I was younger, much younger (early 20's) I was a complete hippy. Long floaty skirts, long blond hair and I wore a lot of floppy hats. Folks said I used to look like Stevie Nicks. Again, yeah right....

Here, there and everywhere.
That's awesome - I am obsessed with Stevie NIcks!

In high school and college, people would say I looked like Natalie Wood or Ali McGraw (depending on their ages).

About 12 years ago, someone approached me for an autograph at an airport - he and his wife thought I was Jill Hennessy (which really cracked me up, because they said, "You have her mannerisms and smile and everything!").

Lately, I get Catherine Zeta-Jones.

I will take all of them, because I don't look like any of them and am extremely flattered!

Oh, but I just remembered! Last year, a man from China approached me at a robotics championship and thought I was a professional billiards player (female, of course). I don't remember her name, though.

It's hilarious that I've been told I look like so many different people. For one, none of them look alike. Two, I look *nothing* like any of them.

Whatever.

Yes, that just about covers the rainbow!

Someone once told me I looked like Cybill Shepherd. There isn't anyone I look less like than her!
