What is the crossroads series u guys? I got it. Says 2014 but I've never heard of it? Is it good? I've been checking sk site frequently for past few years but don't recall ever hearing about it. I hope it's not the wrong Stephen king. I remember a long time ago on yahoo Stephen king club sum guy was like look I found this awesome art he did! It reminded of The Road Virus Heads North. It ended up being a painting buy a guy named Steven King. Lol.
So what is crossroads???

You haven't heard of it because it is written by a different Stephen King.

We've tried to have Amazon make it more clear and to stop linking this Stephen King with that one but since the guy claims his name really is Stephen King, there's not much they or we can do about it.

That's awful.

What happens if I buy a book by the other king and I don't figure it out until I get it? (This is why everyone should check in here, the SKMB, before ordering/buying something. )

As a writer myself, I have to ask why anyone would want to do what this guy is doing. Even if that really is his name (which I doubt), why wouldn't you change it? Unless you're purposely trying to swindle people, in which case that man and George Stark really need to have a chat.

Chalk up another reason to read on a Kindle! You can return books instantly if it is the wrong book.

I know, I know... real books look, smell and feel better, etc. etc.

Hola!

I was such a pill when the Kindle came out until I got a tablet. :a11: I have a gazillion free books on my tablet and I love it. I have to say, if I'm going to buy a book...it will be a real book. The smell and feel... :laugh:

I agree 100% I hope I don't live to see the day that books no longer exist. I will never be a book on computer reader. I like the books. REAL books.

Yeah well if this hack KING # two thinks that by not changing his name he will get a better chance then let him. Eventually people will read the book and realize WTF?
