Same reason he's not coming to CA. He hates Californians and British people.

(Kidding, kidding. Please don't start any rumors.)

Yep, and he's got a soft spot for those "Cheese Eating Surrender Monkeys"!

That explains it!
I'm a Brit by the way,but seriously any dedicated fan could have got on the Eurostar
(high speed train under the English Channel) from London and been in Paris in 2hrs 15 mins. As probably some did.

And I would challenge every one of them to NOT think about taking a ride on Blaine during their trip. :biggrin2:

Here are two more photos of the Porsche Stephen *smile*
I was just looking at my copy of "Gerald's Game" recently (so I could start a thread) and coincidentally the main character mentions that her lawyer husband had bought a Porsche once he reached a certain age. So in my question to Stephen King (in the thread where we are allegedly asking him questions) I had asked if he would buy one, now that he has tried one. I have a feeling he may not, even if he has more than enough money. I see him on a motorcycle or a big SUV but not a sports car. With his height would there even be enough leg room?

No - this is not him being a 'hot dog' (just bears a bit of a resemblance)

He admitted on the trip to Europe that he is a shoe and car "whore" (his word!) and has far too many of both. For sports cars he has a GTO (newer, not one of the original), Mercedes, and a Jaguar but also drives a Ford Escape and Tesla. He doesn't use the motorcycle as often since his accident.

Not quite--not his car but Tesla cars are a bit different these days. :)
