I thought these things always had tusks? They are good eating, but can be very dangerous (the ones with the big tusks, that is).If i go out in the forests i might walk into one of this. They are around alot. Messes up football fields, gardens and lawns so you can't believe it.
Having coffee and about to go out to work on the flower bed. Looking at the work area, and in it are a rabbit, a grey squirrel, a morning dove and a blue jay.
Here is a pic of yesterday's visitor the ruffed grouse.
Did they taste like chicken?
Don't know. It went on the wife's protected species list.

They were in a shopping center parking lot here in Virginia (Manassas VA) - there is a park nearby, but, they were out walking around the parking lot/street......
Hope you feel better! Hubby and I both are having issues! Blah!

Maybe you just need a "Spring Tonic"
Wildlife - well, being in a city, we don't see that many creatures but we do have the odd rabbit, a few squirrels and when we used to have the old tree out front we saw a woodpecker quite often.
Just recently saw my first robin and that is a nice thing to see after a long winter.

It's a live web came, so, if you saw a hippo, lucky you! I looked at it for 5 minutes or so and just saw water!
