My Jewish-American family are back in the Midwest, for keepsies now.

Now, I understand why it's so important to be with the ones you love at Thanksgiving.

I'll probably have a little cry and listen to this:
and this (beware, you are entering the cheesy zone):
And I'll Whatsapp my nearest and dearest.

Anyone else in the same or similar situation?
Happy Thanksgiving to you, SK crew.:howdy:

No Thanksgiving where I am living but I guess it's almost as bad as celebrating christmas all by yourself. Maybe have something nice to eat and have a beer just as OoO.

No Thanksgiving here.
Celebrating Christmas or Christmas Eve (Christmas Eve is the most Important Day,
it´s the Day you get and give away your Presents) knowing your Family and dearest
Friends are Miles away....that really Sucks

Meeting my fiance's extended family for the first time couple hours south of where I live. My fiancee says they're all quite hillbilly-ish so I should be a shoe in..lol

If you were here, I'd bring you to my Mom's to celebrate Thanksgiving with us! For real.....my brother and I were known and expected to bring folks over who might be alone for the holidays. It couldn't replace our guests being with their actual loved ones of course, but our house is always filled with love, laughter and friendship.
Hope you have a happy Thanksgiving, Rudiroo......I'll be thinking of you ♥
