This is a little French series I ran into this weekend on Netflix. I love it. The cinematography is absolutely beautiful. The settings -- haunting, charming, depressing -- just amazing atmosphere in every shot.

Some people call it France's "Broadchurch." Not the same story by any means, but the feel of it with the intrigue, suspense and mystery.

It is subtitled, but very easy to get in the flow.

Just a little taste: 3 newly dead people are dug up and arranged in a builder's staged show home.

I would recommend it for those who loved Broadchurch, The Fall and Top of the Lake.

I just finished the first season. Very good. Thanks for the recommend. Is a second season planned?
I keep hearing that it is, but it hasn't even aired in France yet. I get the feeling that European TV is less of a straight-line than US--subsequent seasons happen whenever they can get them together, KWIM? I've had UK friends comment on that.

I do like it! I'm working my way through slowly--I watched ep 5 two nights ago (last night I tried INTRUDERS), so I should finish up tonight--though I can't imagine how it can wrap up in one episode! LOTS of threads still hanging :)

It still left me with questions, but I would watch a second season.
