Whew, sorry. Whenever I see his smug face it makes me angry. Blood pressure go down.....
You owe me for this DiO'Bolic

My favourite movies of this year would have to be Interstellar and Godzilla (although to be fair, I am very biased in its favour, and I was in little Godzilla fanboy mode the whole movie). I missed out on several ones that look good (Xmen: DOFP, Dawn of the POTA, Gone Girl).

Maleficent was terrible (although I didn't choose that one).
Maze Runner was pretty cool, until the end.
The Fault in Our Stars was somewhat well-done, but it was a bit awkward when I started laughing at the serious "romantic" bits because they just seemed so fake.

Don't hate me Cappy, I just could not get into Godzilla. I was so looking forward to seeing it but walked out disappointed. Godzilla was barely in it and the characters just seemed wooden to me. The SPFX were great and I enjoyed some aspects of it(mainly the ones where 'ole long, tall, and ugly himself were in) Now,please argue your case and tell me why you loved it so =D

LOL.

I checked on ebay but the prices are a little to high right now, except if you want the stupid gold costume edition - then they're reasonable. But it wouldn't be Jester without the red outfit.

I'll keep my eye out for awhile to see if one comes up at a good price. If not, this will have to do. :)

Oh yeah, I think the best movie I watched this year was "Odd Thomas."

As for me I absolutely loved Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, Gone Girl and X-Men:Days of Future Past.
There's a few I still need to see: A Walk Among the Tombstones, American Sniper, Unbroken.
Of course in my favorite category, horror, I enjoyed Annabelle, Cheap Thrills,Oculus, Dead Snow 2, The Purge:Anarchy, Horns,The Sacrament,All Cheerleaders Die,Wolf Creek 2, oh hell, I better stop now ;-D

See, it's not just me--must be something in this Maine air that makes the women feisty. ;)

I loved it for what, a big, badass, monster film. If I'd walked in expecting a Lars Von Trier character study or something, I would have been disappointed. But I got what I expected. Again, I was biased in its favour prior to viewing.
