How recent is 'recent'? I tend to think of all the Scribner books as being fairly recent, so in that line of thinking my faves are....well.....all of them. Except Cell.

Beloved oldies notwithstanding, I'll say Joyland and 11/22/63. But Revival and Doctor Sleep were wonderful too. Under the Dome pulled me back into the fold. I'd been gone a long, long time - like from Bag of Bones until Under the Dome.
