What are your final 8 king books? I don't want to, but I reckon I will end up leaving the ones I would consider to be least interesting or appealing to me, things like blaze, dolores claiborne, misery, Christine, Gerald's Game etc. I'd rather give them a go earlier than ending up with a pile of low interest books, but I know this is not likely to be the case.
Dolores Claiborne and Misery are two of King's very best. :)

Dolores claiborne may well turn out to be one of his best, but when I'm looking for my next read, the theme/synopsis isn't something that's going to make me want to read it ahead of something like the talisman, under the dome, needful things or the green mile - all of which I still haven't read (and many more). As for misery, I generally don't like books with a very small cast of characters, and I need a protagonist I can root for. Misery has 2 major characters and they're both d*cks. If I ever do give misery another try it will be when I've read everything else.

Just picked up the dark tower, complete concordance revised and updated, hardcover by Robin furth. Got it for 40 bucks. Pretty fair price. Still in print by cemetery dance. U can get it there for 60 plus ship so I think I got a good deal. Even though I will put this with my higher end books, I will definitely read this one. Usually cemetery dance books, rare 1st editions ect I don't read just to keep binding nice and tight and don't risk any wrinkles or such on the dust jacket which I always do no matter how careful.

Just came home from Costco where I purchased the 'Bill Hodges' trilogy boxed set. Got it for $49.99!! I figure this is probably going to be the cheapest unless it goes on the remainder table at the local B&N, which might be a long shot so that's why I snatched it up! Wouldn't it be funny if this set sold so many that it became a bestseller??

I just checked each book and they are true 1st printings. The only thing different is the dj's. They no longer have the individual ISBN and barcodes on the back, plus they share the Smiley Face:

What does the box look like? I'll have to pick this up, if it's different than the cemetery dance version.
