(Not a purchase, but a gift.) Thanks Neesy for the book and Canadian swag! I'm looking forward to reading it again. I hope to return the gesture one day soon. :)
You look so serious in the first pic - I prefer the second cuz you're smiling! :p

I cannot believe it is now 11 p.m. - my stupid day job is interfering with me being able to post on here all night [sigh] :sorrow:

Good night and will catch you tomorrow! :byebye:

I recently found a handful of old hardcover Stephen King books in an antique store and bought them all on a whim. I haven't read King since the Dark Tower about 10 years ago, and it had been probably 15 years since I read my last King before that, when I was in middle school. Seeing these hardcovers- The Shining, Eyes of the Dragon, The Dead Zone, Needful Things, and Different Seasons- struck my nostalgia and now I'm hooked again. I tore through Dead Zone, having not read it before. Last week I went to a local bookstore and grabbed Christine, Under the Dome, Night Shift, and Pet Sematary. The bookstore owner says he has like 20 more in the back and to come again in a few weeks when he has a chance to sort them. I also ordered Salem's Lot and IT from eBay and I'm reading IT right now. I think I'm hooked on collecting them all now!
