....oh sure, it's ALWAYS about Prince.....
Ayuh! I have to make this pilgrimage for myself. Still carrying a lot of grief inside and need to let it out. I think it will be good for my soul to be in the place where he lived and created so much of the music that became a major part of my life. I need to sit in the atrium, hear his doves coo and contemplate.

Can you believe that at the Dwight Yoakam concert I went to he was scheduled to sing "Purple Rain"?

I am kinda glad he never got around to it - that is hard to imagine - I took Andy because he is a big country fan

....oh I understand!...I wasn't picking on you, just funning....as a true aficionado of his work and career, I truly hope this will give you some closure and take a bit of an edge off your grief.....

May that journey bring you the inner peace you desire. I wish for you funds that will abound and make it all possible. Manifesting.....

Have you started this one yet sir? Any good? It looks interesting as far as plot goes. I'm about 50/50 on Joe Hill's offerings so far but this one looks like a pretty solid sci-fi plot.
...not yet old buddy(and stop calling me sir!....we both earn or money):biggrin2:....I'm still finishing up the Matheson tribute collection, then I plan on getting into it.....

I ordered the UK editions when they were announced. They were relatively cheap and the rumor was King had signed them - that's why I have extra. I did sell one to another collector who couldn't get one. I do have a large King collection and buy UK and US editions, limiteds and rarities.

I hope you don't think that I was making fun of you. I love the fact that there are more folks like me out there who want to have as much King treasures as they can get (or afford).

Just pre-ordered the Cemetery Dance Collector's Set #3, which will be three volumes, two of which will be anthologies (one will contain a re-print of King's The Blue Air Compressor) and the third will be a novel by an as of yet in-named author. Only $99 + shipping, which is a steal! Some of the authors will be signing the anthologies (NOT King!). There will be stories by McCammon, Garton and lots of others!
I ordered this as well. At first I wavered....and then I didn't. Is the King story The Blue Air Compressor for sure? I was hoping it was something different since that's included in the upcoming anthology by Lilja which(sigh)is also on preorder. Any guess as to who you think the surprise book will be?
