Got Insomnia, a hardback copy of Black House, (to replace my paperback; it's held together with duct tape!), Duma Key, Lisey's Story, Skeleton Crew, and Full Dark, No Stars, (all hardbacks), for forty bucks. Not too shabby! Unfortunately, the search continues for Joyland, I haven't found it anywhere yet! :m_inspect: Guess I'll have to break down and get it online.
Check thriftbooks.com They will probably have a gazillion copies. Shipping is free on orders over $10 and you'll probably be able to find some other books to bring your total over that $10. Good luck!

I do have a spare copy here but I am afraid the shipping cost from Canada all the way down to Texas would be prohibitive

Good luck finding an extra copy somewhere - it's a great book :encouragement:

Thank you so much! I'll peek there in a bit!

You're so sweet, Needy! Youre probably right! Thanks for the thought, anyway!

I asked the guy who runs the collectors shop if he comes across King movie posters to set them aside. I said I'm going to laminate them and he said they lose their value if you do that but I said they maybe aren't the originals in the first place as he said. I got two King movie posters on the wall, in pretty good condition, stuck up by blue tack. Not laminated. He also had some of the Dark Tower comics but I had them. He also had a really good Harlen Ellison comic, I said I'll buy that later.

I want a vote sign. Cool birthday gift. Did someone make it for you?
A friend of mine found a guy that paints lawn gnomes and asked him to do a Pennywise for me.
Gerald has the Vote signs for sale on his site if you're looking to snag one. He made the brilliant move of advertising around town for them and offering cash to people. He has a few now. One less though
