I have never heard about The Nocturnal Reader's Box before. Reading everyone's comments has peaked my interest. How long did you subscribe and was it worth it?

Has anyone else here subscribed? I'm curious if anyone was disappointed in what your received? I think I would like to try it.. but maybe one month at a time for at least a couple months to make sure I'm happy with it... what yall think?

they're hyping big items for august on their social media, no hints on themes yet, but just an FYI if you were still interested. based on what they've put out so far, anything they're excited about as a big get, i think i'm inclined to buy into (figuratively, since i've already done so literally)

i think the edit is limited to 10 minutes or something like that, unless you're a moderator. i've been using tinypic, i've seen photobucket crap out like that in other forums
Oh they crapped out alright... they've decided that any account that wants to hotlink photos will now have to pay $399 per year for this amazing feature. They are insane and I hope they die a long slow death.

My youngest is reading that edition of The Cycle of the Werewolf right now :) I haven't read it since I was not much older than he is--I'd forgotten how terrific Wrightson's illustrations were.
Yes, Bernie was a master of drawings! He brought life to the page like no one before him. I hope your child is enjoying the book!!

i'm really enjoying horns, so i'll probably end up seeking out the rest of his stuff. after all i need to get some context for my new bike license plate lol
:)

Horns was actually my least favorite book of his so far. (But it still was good! Have you seen the movie? Joe was one of the executive producers, so it stayed fairly true to the novel.)

i haven't seen it, no. i also had no idea of who joe hill was or his being stephen king's son until recently either, otherwise my answer might have been different
