I passed up the chance to get a UK 1st hardback of NOS4R2 when Hastings was closing their stores here in Spokane.
i really try to buy the UK versions when I find them. Not so easy to find around here.
Yes, the UK versions are HTF. I just came across an unread UK 1st hardback of Go Set A Watchman by Harper Lee right beside an unread US 1st hardback of the same at Goodwill last week. I chuckled as it was funny to see them right there side by side. I didn't buy them.

We were in Kentucky and we stopped by Halloween Express.That was the last one they had. We were told they ordered ten but so far only received three. So if you have a Halloween Express check there. This has authentic .hair

it's always a possibility that they'll have extras for sale on their website sometime later on, but if not, i'm not sure where you'd get one, most of the stuff they put in their boxes is made just for them, as i understand it. they usually seem to have at least a few extras of the king items though.
This is why we should all shop at independent bookstores — I just happen to stop at one (The Learned Owl) on the way back from a meeting and they had the Finders Keepers promo broadside. It was their last copy. I was so excited. We don't have many independent bookstores around our area, but I think I will make sure to seek more out!
