Cool!! I've heard many wonderful things about On Writing, and the volunteer at the store commended it, as well! Are you reading a book right now from his list?
I ordered A Death In The Family by James Agee online and will be starting it as soon as it arrives! =D I've probably only read a little over half a dozen of the recommended books so far-have a long way to go...which is a wonderful problem to have when it comes to reading! ;-D

Just purchased off of Ebay the art print that is featured in Legends for King's story The Little Sisters Of Eluria that was done by Erik Wilson. In the book it's black and white but this signed/numbered version has been colorized and is gorgeous! It really adds to the impact of the illustration.

Went to Seattle for three days for family time and of course hit up some used bookstores and thrift shops while there. Here's my King books I found:
Hardback of Wolves Of The Calla on clearance at Half Price Books for $2!
Soft cover of Centipede Press' Studies In The Horror Film 'Brian De Palma's Carrie' by Joseph Aisenberg for only $6.99 at Half Price Books!
3rd paperback printing of The Running Man with Ahnold on the cover for .99 at Goodwill

Anyone know if they did more than one printing of this? Is every pop-up a first edition?
I don't think there was a second printing. Heck, I had to have one of the bookstore employees go in the back and get me a copy the day it was released as it wasn't even out on their shelf yet. Guess 'they' didn't think there would be much demand for a Stephen King 'kids' book! This is one King book that I rarely see at a used bookstore and have never ran across a copy at any thrift stores.

Thanks! I did a little research online-I think I got a good deal. Maybe not a great deal, but I didn't see any in this condition at the same price. =D

Gave this to my granddaughter as Christmas gift when published. How I wish I had bought two!
