I found a used copy of IT at a local secondhand store for $3.00. Third printing (same as my ancient copy-lol) decent shape, with the dust jacket my copy lacks. Cashier remarked that they NEVER have either that book or The Stand, so I feel pretty good to have bought it. :) My original will now live in my daughter's room (can't part with it).

Today I received quite a few books I purchased online. I will have more to share later, but HOLY CRAP-I didn't even know what I scored when I bought it...I got a collector's edition of UTD in "like new" condition for $7.70! It retails for $75.00!!! I am so thrilled and one of these days I WILL get an SK signature! This unexpected treasure restored my hope. And it is my second favorite book of all time to sweeten the deal! =D

Well, it's Wednesday night and I just got paid,
Fool about my money, don't try to save,
My heart says go go, have a time,
Wednesday night and I'm feelin' fine :)
