ARBOR HOUSE TREASURY OF HORROR AND THE SUPERNATURAL, hardback, 1980. Library sale, couldn't believe it. I'd read it before, of course--it has THE CRATE. Thought, "Man, wish they'd just sell me the bloody thing, ugh, the crate--The Crate!" And LO! Several years later, it hath come to pass.

One damn buck. Yer bugger! Great shape, too, being sealed in that plastic dust jacket all this time.
Yay for you!! :)

Volunteered at my local library's book sale. Was able to snatch up:

I couldn't believe that these editions were there as I was planning to save up to buy them (I have all of my DT books in paperback--mass market)

I also got Firestarter and The Green Mile in paperback, and Hearts in Atlantis and Four Past Midnight in hardcover.

:clap::grin:

Just got my copy. Had to go to Walmart (ugh). It wasn't on the shelf and when I asked an employee I was told its release day isn't today. Had to speak to a manager, and the books were in the back.

So, a regular day at my local (horrible) Walmart.
Apparently no one at WalMart reads the memos. We've had reports that some of them have had them out as early as last Friday.

Heh, you don't have to worry about THAT with this Walmart......but if I weren't there every SK release day, the new book probably wouldn't hit shelves for a week or two after they're supposed to. ;)
