Mulholland Drive is one of my favorites. Bluray must be nice.
I could go on and on about this film (and many here will tell you that I have indeed done just this). The bluray doesn't come out till the end of this month, so I am foaming at the mouth and chomping at the bit!!!!! Amazon doesn't list what 'extra's' might be included, so I'm hoping that they'll be some deleted scenes thrown into the mix.

This is one I've been wanting for a long time. Condition is at best fair (and closer to poor) but I got a copy!

That's a corker, John!! The only early King UK book that I've been able to get is a copy of The Shining. I want a UK copy of 'Salem's Lot, but they're abit pricey....

The only early UK King book I'm missing now is Night Shift. As you said, they are pricey, but I'm hoping I luck into a copy of that at a reasonable price.

kingricefan A few months ago I found the UK Editions (paperback) of Salem's Lot, The Stand, It and 2 others. No room on the bookcase so I have them
in a box. Hate having SK books in a box. Are you interested in paperbacks?
PM me if you are...

Thank you so much for the offer. I already have most of the UK paperbacks. I really do appreciate the thought, tho! You're the best!

Today I was in Barnes & Noble and found the illustrated edition of Joyland for sale!!! Thought it wasn't going to be out till this Tuesday? It's on my shelf now, tho.......
I need to buy an extra copy too - think this is one my mom will enjoy.

I went to our B&N today and they did not have any. Perhaps they sold out.

Thanks i will try them next weekend again.
Just received an email from B&N that it has been at the store since yesterday. According to all the various posts, every B&N has had different info regarding this book! I wonder if it's because it's a different edition of Joyland. Several weeks ago when I first asked the clerk about it (before she asked her supervisor) she told me they already had it in the store. Turned out to be the original or mass market paperback that was actually in the store. Wonder if there were ordering "snafus" because of this. :umm:

I haven't received a call from B&N yet. Hope to get there on Monday to check on it again.

Oh, and I was also told several weeks ago that the books had been on order for quite a while, but hadn't arrived for some reason. This B&N was only getting four copies (mine included).
All of this tells me that this particular edition is going to become quite collectable in the future. =D
