Just picked up a non-read second hand copy of 11/22/63 for £2 or $3.10 USD. I thought that was pretty reasonable. Though I have eight books ahead of it on the to read pile.

Picked up my illustrated Joyland today. Bought a copy for myself and one for a friend. 
I just pre-ordered Bazaar of Bad Dreams (B&N said I'll have it 11/03).
These didn't even make it to the shelf. They had just been priced and were on the staging table waiting to BE shelved.

Sorry, it looks like our Guide to Identifying First Editions only covers U.S. publications and those look like Hodder(?) releases.
There's a guide to UK first editions at the Stephen King Collector website. If you google Stephen King UK first editions it should come up for you.

A 1st/1st 'Salem's Lot Illustrated Edition (2005) somehow wound up on the shelf (a cart actually) of one of my local Friends of the Library stores ($5). A believe the first printing on this one was only 25,000. Hard to find. So glad to finally have this one. Doubleday did a really nice job on it. It's a very attractive, well-made book (much better than their 70's productions).
